After obtaining his Doctorate Degree from Indiana University in 1992, Dr. Davis worked at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida, where he was eventually promoted to Director of Optometry in the Glaucoma Service.
After four years at Bascom Palmer, in 1995, Dr. Davis moved to Idaho Falls to work as the Clinic Director at the Idaho Eye and Laser Center (IELC). He has remained with IELC since then as they have expanded from Idaho Falls to Pocatello, Rexburg, and Twin Falls.
Dr. Davis was accepted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry in 1996, and is Board Certified from the American Board of Optometry. He has lectured internationally to colleagues and has published numerous articles regarding ocular pathology in various eye care journals over the years. He has served as President of the Idaho Optometric Physician Association, and is a former Chairman of the State Board of Optometry. Dr. Davis specializes in pre- and post-surgical care of the eye, treatment of all forms of ocular disease, and has a special interest in glaucoma care. He currently enjoys living in Twin Falls with his wife, Amy.
